During the regular meeting conducted by the Mount Hamiguitan Range Wildlife Sanctuary Protected Area Management Board (PAMB) last October 4, 2018 at Government Center, San Isidro, Davao Oriental, researchers from Davao Oriental State College of Science and Technology headed by Dr. Bernadette J. Nanual, with Dr. Roy G. Ponce, Mrs. Lanie B. Laureano and Mr. Wilkin F. Simo attended the meeting and presented a developed web portal for Mount Hamiguitan.
The said portal is dedicated to the public to share awareness and significant information about the Mount Hamiguitan and its various flora and fauna species. The PAMB have recognized its importance to which a motion was declared to utilize the web portal as an information dissemination tool to promote the Mount Hamiguitan Range and Wildlife Sanctuary.
