About the Species:
This is a medium size fantail characterized by its bluish color in the forehead, rump, edges of wings and tail feathers, throat breast and belly. Rhipidura superciliaris is found only in Mindanao and Basilan in the forest edge and forest especially along understory. In Mount Hamiguitan Range, this is commonly found in lowland to montane forests. Currently, this is listed as Least Concern by the IUCN.
